The double sided grill and griddle pan is made up of non stick ceramic copper. As it is oven safe and can withstand temperature upto 500 degrees, you can use it easily. Its available in the dimensions of 12"x11". It gives you a scratch proof surface that allows its cleansing easy and efficient. The two surfaces are available in handy and it cooks food on both sides without flipping. It works by locking the steam between the two surfaces. It is durable and give the best performance in cooking. It reduces the cooking times and saves energy.

You may use some oven cleaner on the Outside surfaces if you notice some staining occurring on the bottom of the pan. Don’t forgot to follow the oven cleaners’ manufacturer’s instructions. We recommend you store your COOKINEX COPPER COOKWARE by hanging it by the handle on either a peg board or a cookware rack. If you are going to store your pan in a cabinet, please be careful when stacking other pans inside each other. The sharp edges of other pans could scratch and ruin the finish. When cooking over a gas burner do not use excessive heat. Please take care that the flame only touches the bottom of the pan. You can prepare meals in different ways in your COOKINEX COPPER fry pan! Not only you can use this pan on the stove top, you can also cook meals in the oven. Oven temperature should not exceed 500°F, if it has metal handle.

  • Don’t use cookware in the microwave or toaster oven, this might cause electric sparks or fire, or damage the microwave and your cookware.
  • Monitor cookware during use to avoid potential injury to children or the risk of fire.
  • Always carefully oversee children who are near cookware that is in use, or injury may result
  • DO NOT handle the cookware inside the oven without using oven mitts because the pan and handles will be very hot.
  • Preheat the oven before placing cookware inside the oven
  • Never leave an empty pan over a burner that is hot or turned on. This may damage your cookware or the stove.

  • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays. These sprays will build up on the cookware and become difficult to remove while reducing the nonstick coating.
  • We recommend hand washing this product with warm soapy water. You can also put this pan in the dishwasher.
  • To avoid scratches never use steel wool or metal cleaning pads on this product.
  • If burned or stuck-on food still remains after washing, you may need to soak the pan overnight to loosen the residue.
